Byron was made by W J Terry circa 1915. He is 38cm (15") tall and made from an"old gold" mohair, filled with woodwool, with linen pads. He has glass eyes, a pronounced shaved muzzle, brown nose and mouth stitching. W J Terry was one of England's oldest bear manufacturers, making bears from 1909 until start of World War II.
